Being a Manager has been so much fun with the ladies at Beauty Secrets Collective! Not only are they the most brilliant group of women, but they are living their passions as well.

Lisa has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 + the owner of Youthful You Aesthetics. She provides medical aesthetic services including Tox, Fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, PDO threads and laser treatments. Lisa started her business as a passion to help women feel beautiful in the their own skin while maintaining their natural features with a ‘less is more’ approach. In her free time, Lisa loves to spend time with her family and friends, read and organize!

Katelyn has been a Registered Nurse since 2015 and continues to work in the acute care setting while advancing her career in aesthetics. With extensive experience in both medical and cosmetic nursing, she has spent years refining her skills to deliver precise, natural-looking results. Throughout her nursing career, she has been passionate about mentoring other nurses and caring for patients in high-acuity settings, experiences that have honed her precision, attention to detail, and calm, compassionate approach.
Drawn to aesthetics for its perfect blend of science, artistry, and personal connection, Katelyn is dedicated to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally beautiful. She loves creating results that enhance each person’s unique features while making the entire experience comfortable and personalized.
An Arizona native and proud mom of four girls, Katelyn enjoys hiking to hidden swimming holes, lake days, 4-wheeling, and camping with family and friends. Her mission is to make every client feel cared for, valued, and excited about their results.

"Leah has been in the medical industry for 10 years, 4 of those specializing in cosmetics. She graduated from SCC with her ADN and NAU with her BSN (Go Lumberjacks!). Since then, she has worked in dermatology, plastic surgery, and is now a nurse injector. Her mission is to make a difference in people’s lives through building strong relationships and giving the most beautiful results! She’s a proud Arizona native who enjoys hiking, kayaking, and lounging by the pool (wearing SPF, of course!). She is 6 years married to her high-school sweetheart, Todd and together they have a sweet baby boy, Conor. They also have a fur baby, Eli who is a pit-bull, husky mix. In their spare time, they love to spend time together relaxing, watching movies, and playing board games."

Adriana recently relocated to Arizona after spending her entire life in Washington and Idaho. Having grown up immersed in the beauty industry, Adriana witnessed firsthand the transformative power of holistic care. Her mother, a dedicated skin spa owner, instilled in her a deep appreciation for aesthetics. From a young age, she knew she wanted to follow in those footsteps but with the added expertise of a nursing degree. Her background spans NICU, obstetrics, and aesthetics, and after taking time to find her place in Arizona, she was drawn to a team that shares her passion for helping clients feel their absolute best inside and out. Adriana thrives on continuing education, growing alongside like-minded women, and embracing the little quirks that make each person unique (including her own). She is thrilled to be part of a team that fosters both professional and personal growth. Outside of work, Adriana can often be found at a workout class, a coffee shop, baking sourdough, cooking and hosting gatherings or playing pickleball.

I specialize in lived in hair color, texture cuts and hand tied extensions. Currently, I am training to be certified in one of most sought after extension methods in our industry, Invisible Beaded Row."

I have a talent for transforming dull locks into Pinterest-worthy hair-served with a side of witty banter and just the right amount of sarcasm. Because great hair is serious business... but taking ourselves too seriously? That's not my style."

"I'm Lynzee, a passionate cosmetologist with nearly 15 years of experience! My wife, Avee, and I recently relocated from Colorado with our four beloved pets-Bruce, Bentley, Opal, and Pear. Health and wellness are close to my heart. You'll often find me at Mountainside Fitness, eagerly anticipating my next yoga class. I believe in spreading light, love, and a little bit of sheer badassery wherever I go. I have a strong foundation in hair coloring, cutting, styling, and team collaboration, specializing in bold, vivid color melts while also loving dimensional and lived-in looks. Lately, I've discovered a deep passion for styling and updos because nothing beats the confidence of a fresh, bouncy blowout! Outside the salon, I enjoy scary movies, and despite my love for all things edgy, my favorite color is yellow.
